What OMNIS Runs

Four systems, one client.

The morning brief

The owner's daily brief compiles and sends itself at 7:00 AM Pacific, weekends included, and passes a compliance check before every send.

The campaign engine

Emails are written, scheduled, and shipped under a standing go order: 30 campaigns across two full weeks in August, zero duplicate sends, with the first fully autonomous customer sends on August 13 and 14.

The recovery rail

Unpaid and stalled orders are chased the same day with personal payment links, so sale-day money does not slip through the cracks.

The watchdogs

A heartbeat checks 11 engines and rails on a schedule. At the latest run: 9 green, 0 red, and anything unproven flagged as unverified rather than assumed healthy.

What follows is the results record, in order: the record day, the open house week, and the month in progress.

The Setup

A month earlier, Code3 Wellness had no customer database and no email channel. The list this campaign ran on was built from zero in June: 219 customers, organized and tiered, reachable for the first time.

The offer was simple and honest: 25 percent off for one day only, America's 250th birthday, code USA250. The plan was written on June 11, more than three weeks before the sale, with a revenue target, an email calendar, and coupon testing scheduled a week ahead. It was the company's first promotion run like an operation instead of an announcement.

The Email Sequence

Each send had one job.

EmailSent (PT)Opened
Teaser: "America's 250th is coming"Jun 30, 4:10 PM60.5% and 26 clicks
Launch announcement: 25% offJul 2, 1:55 PM53.8%
Save the date: "It drops JULY 4"Jul 2, 2:05 PM55.2%
Night before: "Build your cart tonight"Jul 3, 10:30 AM48.0%
It's live: sent at 5 AM on sale dayJul 4, 5:06 AM49.3%, 80% of clicks went straight to Shop
Last call: "code dies tonight"Jul 4, 2:15 PM29.9% and counting
Source: email platform campaign records, pulled July 4. Totals: 1,316 delivered, 653 opens, 60 clicks, zero spam complaints.

The teaser planted the date early and earned the highest open rate of the sequence. The save-the-date and night-before sends built anticipation and told customers to load their carts in advance. The 5 AM sale-day send was timed so the offer was the first thing in the inbox on the holiday morning. The last call squeezed the final hours with a hard deadline. Classic urgency done cleanly: every email compliance-checked before it shipped.

The Day

How July 4 actually ran.

June 11, three weeks out

The plan, in writing

A one-day, urgency-driven event with a revenue target, an email calendar, and coupon testing scheduled a week ahead.

June 29 to July 3

The build-up

Four holiday ads produced in-house in the locked brand look. Four emails hit the full list at 48 to 60 percent opens. Team videos carried the same message on social with coordinated talking points.

July 4, 5:06 AM

First thing in the inbox

The "It's live" email landed in 213 inboxes before sunrise. 80 percent of its clicks went straight to the shop.

July 4, by 11:02 AM

No money left on the table

Fourteen orders in by late morning. Five arrived unpaid. Every one of those customers had a personal payment link within hours of ordering, while their intent was still hot.

End of day

The record

More than three times the top of the plan's target range on a gross basis, with zero returns and every coupon honored. The biggest single sales day in company history, and it landed inside the first two months of OMNIS running the operation.

The Open House Week

Seven weeks later, the machine did it again.

47
Store orders, Monday August 17 to Sunday August 23
30
Orders carried by the OPENHOUSE25 code alone
0
Refunds across the whole week
0
Refunds on the code, all week

The Open House promotion ran as a full week instead of a single day. The store booked 47 orders across those seven days. The OPENHOUSE25 code itself carried 30 of them, with zero refunds. Every figure was pulled live from WooCommerce Analytics on August 23.

The Month in Progress

August, month to date.

Through August 30, the store stands at 130 orders, month to date and counting, within five orders of the best month in company history, July's closed 135.

We publish month-to-date figures, not month-best claims, until the ledger closes. That rule is written into the system itself: when the month is over, the record page gets the closed number, and not a day before.

The Campaign Engine

The list is small. The engine is not.

Source: MailerLite campaign records, read live August 30, 2026. Full-list sends opened between 52.63 and 65.55 percent; targeted segment sends ran as high as 74.19 percent.

The engine has shipped 81 campaigns lifetime to a 270-subscriber list built from zero in June. Thirty of them went out across the two weeks of August 19 to 29, written, scheduled, and sent under a standing go order, with zero duplicate sends. One thing this page will not claim: email-attributed revenue dollars. Store-wide revenue during campaign windows is provable from order records; per-email attribution is not, so we do not publish it.

What It Proved

The machine works end to end.

A planned promotion beats an announced discount

The record came from three weeks of coordinated anticipation across email, social, and site, not from the discount alone.

The list paid for itself in one day

Six sends to 219 customers at roughly 50 percent opens did the heavy lifting. The database built in June became revenue in July.

Sale-day money doesn't slip anymore

Unpaid orders were chased within hours, on the busiest day of the year, without anyone having to remember to do it.

Every future holiday has the template

The sequence, the ad formats, the timing map, and the checklist are all reusable. This is a system, not a one-off.

Where the evidence lives: the live store order feed, WooCommerce Analytics, MailerLite campaign records read live, the morning brief send log, and the engine health heartbeat. Where something can't be proven yet, we say so.
